3-hour remote training with marketing positioning project:

This course equips individuals with necessary information and skills to competently market, advertise, and promote their pool inspection business. The course covers topics in the subject areas of: general marketing foundational terms and practices (the definition and general basis of a marketing and advertising strategy), how to write a marketing/advertising plan/campaign/strategy, and face-to-face, digital, email, and social media marketing strategies specific to the pool inspection industry. 
The participant will be introduced to marketing practices employed, and designated to be successful by, Pro Pool Inspectors.* The participant will demonstrate their knowledge by creating a market positioning wireframe to aid in the completion of a marketing plan.

This course is for any individual who desires to market and/or learn how to market a pool inspection business. No previous prerequisites are required before attending and completing this course.

Instructor: Matt Dubé

Matthew Dube is the Director of Marketing & Sales at Pro Pool Inspectors. His background is in marketing, design, and sales, getting his start in the healthcare real-estate industry. Matthew’s
career has taken him through a multitude of different industries with a heavy focus on brand and the power it plays in business transactions and customer experience. He now heads the marketing and sales department for Pro Pool Inspectors servicing a multitude of products and clients for the organization.

CEUs and Requirements

Participants earn 0.3 CEUs at the conclusion of the course.  Requirements to earn CEUs include attending the complete course along with submitting a completed market position wireframe defining: their company’s price-point range, direct competitor analysis, customer persona(s), and services description.


Technology/Equipment

Participants must be equipped with a PC/laptop or tablet with camera and microphone with internet connectivity.


Proprietary Interests

It is the policy of PPI that in cases where a PPI instructor receives any share of royalties or profits from any product, instrument, device, or materials used in PPI learning events, this interest shall be disclosed.  The only instructor with a proprietary interest is Dennis Boyd, PPI Owner, who owns the Pro Pool Inspectors pool inspection app and receives royalties from all app subscriptions.
