Pro Pool Inspectors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and website visitors. Your Training Records
It is the policy of PPI that only the necessary Participant information required for
academic and administrative purposes is collected and stored. This includes Participant names, contact details, academic performance, CEUs issued, and attendance records.All Participant records are securely stored in a password-protected electronic format with access to PPI Director of Training and Training Coordinator only. Electronic records are stored on a secure server with backup to a cloud-based storage system.Participant records may be released only to the Participant upon written request. Participants may request a copy of their Participant Record by emailing propoolinspectors@gmail.com and specifying that their record be either emailed as an attachment or mailed to an address as hard copy. It is PPI’s policy to respond to any
records requests within 48 hours.

Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We will take steps to remove the information from our records.

Changes to this Privacy and Security Policy
We may update this Privacy and Security Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy and Security Policy on our Website. You are advised to review this Privacy and Security Policy periodically for any changes.

It is the policy and commitment of Pro Pool Inspectors that it does not discriminate on
the basis of race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion with respect to treatment of participants in its training programs as well as employees and contractors who support its continuing education/training organization.

Discriminatory Harassment
Harassment or intimidation of a client, staff person or guest because of that person’s race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion is specifically prohibited and may be grounds for termination. Harassment and intimidation includes abusive, foul or threatening language or behavior. Pro Pool Inspectors is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free of any such harassment and will not tolerate discrimination against staff members, contractors, or clients. Issues of discriminatory treatment, harassment, or intimidation on any of these bases should immediately be reported to the Director of Training and, if substantiated, prompt action will be taken.


Payment and Cancellation
Your course registration is not finalized until you pay the course fee. Sign ups without payment will hold your seat until seven days prior to course start. Your credit card is charged immediately for the full course fee at the time you submit payment.You may cancel your registration up until seven days prior to the course start date and
receive a full refund. Within six days prior course start, there will only be a 50 percent of the course fee on seats reserved if cancelled. Cancellations and refunds may be requested by calling or emailing Pro Pool Inspectors, 615-838-0769 or propoolinspectors@gmail.com

Proprietary Interests
It is the policy of PPI that in cases where a PPI instructor receives any share of royalties or profits from any product, instrument, device, or materials used in PPI learning events, this interest shall be disclosed to the learner. A copy of this policy is posted on the PPI training website and a link directing learners there is included in the registration confirmation email that is sent to learners immediately following registration.

Disclosures appear in writing in the PPI website course description and in one of the
introductory slides of the PPI learning materials. A standard disclosure made in the PPI Certified Pool Inspector course, when taught by Dennis Boyd, is that the Pro Pool Inspectors pool inspection app is owned by Pro Pool
Inspectors Owner and Principal Instructor Dennis Boyd who receives all revenues generated from paid subscriptions to this app.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
Any discoveries or observations that PPI is not complying with their policies should be directed to Dennis Boyd at Pro Pool Inspectors, LLC at propoolinspectors@gmail.com.

Training in Our Service Area
Due to conflict of interest we do not offer pool inspection training to people operating or planning to operate a pool service, builder, and/or inspection business in our service area.
